  • With supervision, manage and support a portfolio of integrated partnerships; develop strong and trusted business connections with clients while constantly attempting to elevate the collaboration.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all Community Builder partnership program inquiries and interactions, including application and agreement processing and CRM database administration.
  • Directly communicate with a large number of Calgary Stampede volunteers and committee staff liaisons, offering assistance to enable volunteers to participate in the Community Builder program.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, provide reports and sponsor correspondence, and address any additional needs to support the general sponsorship team.
  • The use of logos and publication sponsor information (Souvenir Program, Stampede Planner, Website, Newsletters, Annual Report) aids in the accurate reporting of sponsors and logos used within the aforementioned publications.

  • Assist Sponsor Account Managers with the fulfillment of sponsorship agreement assets and perks such as ticketing requirements, parking passes, accreditation, scripts, RSVP tracking, sponsor information packages, and event posters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and important stakeholders at all stages of relationship development for the Community Builder partnership program, including strategy, ideation, and implementation.
  • Sponsorship programs, initiatives, and actions should be recorded, tracked, measured, and reported on.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and respond to sponsorship inquiries and opportunities.
  • Coordination of internal sponsor events as well as a variety of sponsor activations and events
  • Track internal earnings and expenses for budget assistance invoicing Sponsors and Community Builders.
  • Support Lotteries Committee staff liaison with budget formulation and tracking, Stampede time ordering, prize disbursements, and post-Stampede reconciliation.
